Human Estate.

Galika's mission is to develop high quality real estate projects that make Brussels even more beautiful and that respond to the needs of its inhabitants.

Whether for housing or offices, public facilities or shops, Galika's projects propose sustainable and adaptive typologies, notably by opening up spaces and maximising the flexibility of use of the buildings. Our gardens are designed for the well-being of the inhabitants and the whole neighbourhood, simply because nature is increasingly central in the city.

For Galika, every project must fit naturally into its context and offer a "plus" to the city. Our approach combines respect for heritage, integration into the neighbourhood and the use of vegetation to create gardens that make people dream.

Including all these dimensions in the reflection and considering them in their globality: this is precisely where the tailor-made approach resides, voluntarily assumed as artisanal, which we call the "Human Estate".

We are totally committed to this approach: the quality of a project is measured not by its price/sqm, but by its quality of living per sqm.

These values have - among other things - led to the "Îlot Sacré" project receiving the “Best Residential Project" award at MIPIM 2018.
